Differential diagnosis of skin lesions in the diaper area.
Diaper dermatitis is one of the most common skin problems in children. It most commonly presents as an acute irritant contact dermatitis but a great number of dermatoses can manifest with lesions in the diaper area and have to be considered in differential diagnosis.
